Money Transfer/Refund process

1. Log into the designated regions admin account that the money will be transferred from.

2. Click on setting then click on Transfers.

Please note: Please be sure the Allow Cross Network Transfers is toggled on in the admin panel 

3. Once Allow cross-network transfers is toggles on, then Click actions then Transfer Money.

4. Input the agent's email address and the desired amount that needs to be transferred.
